5 Ways to Gain Clarity When You’re Stuck in Confusion

Too often we get stuck in a cycle of frustration - getting clear one moment, and then the next questioning whether it's right or not, and our ego-minds love it.

Instead of allowing your monkey mind to run free try this:

  1.  Sit with your fear, and ask yourself "what am I feeling? What's deeper than that?" Ask this 2 more times until you uncover the core fear.

  2. Breathe - take 3 deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth with an audible sigh; this calms your nervous system and sends a signal to your body that you are safe.

  3. Go for a walk in nature - connecting with nature can take your mind and the pressure off the situation. This allows you to face the situation again with calm.

  4. Ask for help - sometimes having the objective opinion of a friend or even an expert can help you view your situation from a completely different perspective.

  5. Connecting to your intuitive intelligence - your intuition is never wrong.
